The Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association (JAPMA), the official journal of the association, is the oldest and most frequently cited peer-reviewed journal in the profession of foot and ankle medicine. Founded in 1907 and published online six times per year, JAPMA showcases research studies, case reports, literature reviews, special communications, clinical correspondence, letters to the editor, book reviews, and various other types of submissions. The journal is included in major indexing and abstracting services for biomedical literature.

Members and other individual subscribers may access JAPMA online anytime. Individual and institution subscriptions are available via APMA. Please complete and return the appropriate form with payment to APMA at the address noted on the form. Individual articles are available for purchase at $35 each for articles published from 1996-to-date and $12 each for articles published prior to 1996 .
