Knowing Burnout

Wednesday, February 1, 8–9 p.m. ET (1.0 CECH)
Presenter: Ayman Mukerji Househam

Location and Registration

This program is available for FREE and is exclusively for APMA members. It will be held in the APMA Online Learning Center. Access information will be provided closer to the event.

Agenda

During this webinar, attendees will learn how to build stress management habits that only take 30 seconds to practice. This solution helps reduce burnout and related attrition because of the minimal time commitment needed to build a mindfulness practice during your hectic routine. Our speaker works with more than 30 hospital systems to teach mindfulness through microhabits. She is a neuroimmunology researcher at NYU, a clinical social worker, and an entrepreneur focused on reducing burnout on the frontlines.

Learning Objectives

  • Recognize what burnout looks like in yourself and others.
  • Understand the concept of mindfulness and that it is a practical solution for burnout prevention.
  • Identify at least three microhabits to build a repertoire of mindfulness habits.
